The Fizz is a modern brand of affordable student housing, combining high-quality living standards with a vibrant and social lifestyle. The Fizz in Leiden is the first realisation of this fresh new concept, designed by TANK as a part of a broader rollout across the Netherlands, Germany, and Austria. Focused on connection and comfort, the building features communal kitchens, study areas, meeting rooms, a cinema, and an in-house gym - each space contributing to a dynamic and connected student experience.
